Thanksgiving was great this year, as we are so thankful we were able to be with many of our friends and relatives. The turkey came out good (one year we had to do a quick run to KFC!), we had enough mashed potatoes, and Josh had his necesarry olives for his fingers. The kids and I made a "thankful tree" that people could write what they were thankful for on leaves and add them to our tree. We played some games, rocked out to "Guitar Hero" and did a lot of chatting. My dad, suzan, and brett's sister, Stephanie were able to stay the whole weekend so we had even more time to hang out with them which was an extra bonus. And Praise the Lord---I am finally done eating leftovers!
I hope you had a great thanksgiving and had a moment to give thanks to Him who gave us everything that we have.
